Appealing a Refused Planning Applicationphilevers
When you apply for planning permission the Local Authority is required to determine the application, either by granting consent, or by refusing it. If you have been refused planning permission, you entitled to lodge an appeal against the Councils decision, provided it is submitted within the prescribed timescale.
Rob Duncan Planning Consultancy can advise you whether you have a realistic chance of success at appeal, and has the expert knowledge and experience to present a sound and reasoned planning argument in favour of your proposal. We will prepare the forms and grounds of appeal, as well as monitoring the progress of the appeal. Where relevant we will also act as an expert witness at Public Inquiry or Hearing.
Rob Duncan Planning Consultancy’s professional and thorough approach to appeals has led to a strong record of success. Read our Case Studies for examples of some of our recent successes.
