Appealing a Refused Planning Application
When you apply for planning permission the Local Authority is required to determine the application, either by granting consent, or by refusing it. If you have been refused planning permission, you entitled to lodge an appeal against the Councils decision, provided it is submitted within the prescribed timescale.
