Planning Appeal won for dog walking field
Rob Duncan Planning Consultancy Ltd. has recently secured planning permission via appeal for a dog walking field on land within the Green Belt on the outskirts of Lichfield. The original application had been refused permission on the grounds that it constituted an inappropriate form of development within the Green Belt. Rob Duncan Planning Consultancy Ltd. set out arguments to the Planning Inspector that the proposal amounted to an appropriate form of development within the Green Belt which did not give rise to harm to the openness of the Green Belt. The Planning Inspector agreed, and the planning appeal was subsequently allowed.
