Rob Duncan Planning Consultancy Ltd. has recently secured planning permission for the diversification of an existing agricultural holding by way of the conversion and change of use of a modern portal framed agricultural building to a veterinary surgery. The site was located within the Green Belt. A detailed Planning Statement was prepared to demonstrate compliance with both local and national planning policy and planning permission was granted at the first time of asking.
