Planning permission granted for extension to commercial premises within the Green Belt
Rob Duncan Planning Consultancy Ltd. has recently secured planning permission for the erection of a large extension to a restaurant within the west midlands green belt. The extension was part of a package of enhancement works being carried out by the client on the site with the intention of making the site commercially viable. The scheme was met with a positive reaction by the Local Authority and consent was duly granted.
