Prior Approval secured for conversion of agricultural buildings to residential use (Class Q Permitted Development)
Rob Duncan Planning Consultancy Ltd. has recently secured prior approval for a site in Stafford Borough for the conversion of two former agricultural buildings into three dwellings via Class Q Permitted Development. The Local Authority had expressed reservations as to whether the proposal was compliant with Class Q, but we were able to demonstrate that the proposal was wholly compliant, which led to prior approval being granted.
