Local Development Framework (LDF) Submissions
The preparation of a Local Development Framework by a Local Authority represents an opportunity for local land owners and developers to put forward parcels of land for allocation within the Council’s Site Allocations Document.
Rob Duncan Planning Consultancy can assist landowners in making representations to the Local Authority with the aim of having that land allocated within the resultant Development Plan Document, and is currently acting on behalf of a number of clients within the West Midlands. This has included submissions to inform the Authority’s Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment, Core Strategy and Site Allocations Documents. If you have a parcel of land that you wish to promote for future development, contact Rob Duncan Planning Consultancy for further advice.
